What is a gadfly?A Gadfly is something that goes against a system.
Any system that has a gadfly wants to destroy them as a result . Throughout American History there have been several problems with gadflys. One example of a gadfly is a Rice student.Rice High school was established in 1938 and for 71 years Rice students have ben standing up for what is right. For the past couple of years Rice students have been making trips to Washington D.C. We participated in the march for life/pro-life walk. The purpose of the march was to speak for those who can't speak for themselves(unborn).So you can also consider the Rice community gadflies against abortion.
